About Pujji Development
Pujji Development is a multi family real estate developer. With over 30 years of development experience, our projects have ranged from low income housing, to high end ground up apartment and condo buildings.
We have focused our attention in the dense trendy infill locations of North Park, Hillcrest, Mission Hills and Bankers Hill. These sub markets of San Diego are fast gentrifying. The rents and values per square foot are among the highest in the county.
We act as principals in all of our developments. While we do take in capital from outside investors, we typically make sizable equity investments in these projects.
Spaces are built efficiently yet very contemporary.These designs appeal to a broad spectrum of tenants and buyers. Our living units typically have very tall ceilings ranging from 10 to 17ft, and allow plenty of natural light. Every unit typically comes with a generous patio or deck. So while the buildings are in very desirable urban infill locations, the units themselves are very spacious and offer the occupants a good mix of indoor/outdoor living.
